After performing the necessary hand seals, the user coats their arms in a violet substance that acts as armor capable of protecting their arms from cutting weapons. This technique also prevents certain poisons from seeping into the skin of the user.
While useful, this technique's defenses can be bypassed with blunt weaponry or by enhancing cutting weapons with chakra or if the weapon is sharp enough. This technique also does not protect the user from extreme heat or cold.
Meian Influence[]
While under the effects of Meian, Sanger can use a an enhanced version called Meian: Sword Catcher. This version is far more powerful with the armor being capable of blocking techniques enhanced with earth chakra, making it a much more effective shield than the basic version.
