Kiku Yamazaki (Yamazaki Kiku, 山崎,菊) is a medical-nin from Iwagakure .
Background[]
Kiku comes from a very wealthy clan , the Yamazaki . They are known to have produced a fair amount of medical ninjas , hence Kiku having an apt at medical ninjutsu .She had a fairly normal childhood . She was a fair student in the Academy, being among the top of her class .
As a ninja , she preforms well with the tasks she is given and is good as receiving orders . Also , she is regarded as a fairly talented medical nin . This may or may not be a reason she was chosen to accompany the Third Tsuchikage during Kage Summit .
She was friends with Deidara when she was 8 , spending an entire summer playing with him , eventually developing a crush on him ,calling it the happiest time in her life . They later drifted apart as the summer ended due Kiku's parent's wanting her to focus on her studies and stop hanging around "riff-raff", as they called him . A few years later she bumps into him and he seems to have forgotten her , though she never has him . Her crush on Deidara lingers even after she witnesses his bombing and fleeing of Iwagakure .
Personality[]
Kiku is seen to be a very soft-spoken girl , rarely speaking unless spoken to. She also appears to be very gentle and timid . Kiku has also been shown to play peacemaker , particularly seen when the Third Tsuchikage and his granddaughter , Kurotsuchi , got into in argument over his age .
Despite her shyness , Kiku is very loyal to Ōnoki , refusing to leave his side during Sasuke's attack at the Kage Summit .
