Mina (ミナ, Mina) is a girl with no known family members and who has a mysterious past. She is currently living in Konohagakure with her husband Kakashi Hatake and their son Ken Hatake.
Background
Mina, who has lost some of her memory
Mina came from a non-shinobi family far away from Konohagakure. Since her family was inventors, she received electrical bracelets.
When Mina was a young child, her clan got targeted by bandits on account of her clan's great fortune. On the night of the attack, the thieves slaughtered everyone in her home. It was only because of the quick thinking of the maid that Mina survived. The maid being very insightful, she lead her to a secret passage that led outside. (In fact, this maid was a spy girl who lurks into the clan to destroy Mina's clan.)
Her clan had a tradition of marrying outsiders who were blinded by their good looks and height abilities. Because they are very rich, many villagers were inevitable if they needed someone to marry.
That's why the descendants of the clan had good looks and high intelligence but they didn't have much compassion for others. However, Mina is different because she is very kind and compassionate. She never treated other maids badly, which was why the maids loved her very much. It was the reason why the maid chose to help her, the sole survivor of the clan.
It was because of this terrible event that caused Mina to lose a part of her memory and hate humans as a whole. Mina's hatred was something that she could not figure out, and chose to distance herself from others.
Mina's electric bracelets working
She got an electric bracelet and various valuables from her maid. These electric bracelets are a self defense device that is connected to the user's body. The generated electricity covers up the body of the user and anyone who touches her while it's on, gets immediately shocked when they touch the user. The bracelet also has an on/off button and an option to increase or decrease the strength of it. Most of her childhood was spent alone in the forest, in a small home built in higher areas so she could take refuge and not end up being homeless.
Personality
Mina living outside on her own
Mina wakes up in a forest, having lost part of her memory. She discovers that she has a bag of valuable things and a letter which tells her not to come back.
When she was 6 years old, she met a girl named Hikari. Hikari is a very nice girl who taught her about people, which caused Mina to want to understand more about them. When Hikari was bullied by bad ninjas, she saw that no one wanted to help Hikari. Which made her feel more hateful toward people. When she tried to help Hikari, a boy appeared to help her. He is a ninja, with silver hair and wears a mask. She immediately fell in love with him.
She later learned that Hikari was being bullied by the ninjas because her family is in debt. Mina decided to give the valuables that she had to Hikari, so that her family didn’t have to get bullied anymore.
At the same time, she doesn't have much money left for herself but she wanted to help Hikari out because she is a very nice girl. From Manga ch. 1.
Later on, she went looking for the ninja that saved her in an attempt to get close to him. She only knows that he is a ninja from Konohagakure. When she came to Konoha (Which takes about 2 years), she met a couple of boys training their Ninjutsu. She decided she wanted to be a ninja like them, so she tried to follow them but no matter what she did, she couldn't use her chakra at all.
She was bullied and Kakashi came to help.
She hangs around Konoha so she would be able to meet the silver-haired boy again while she tries to train to be a Ninja properly. Unfortunately, there were only boys in the village noticing her because she was an outcast. They bullied her because she was homeless with no friends or acquaintances, so she got into a heated quarrel with them. That’s when the silver-haired boy came to help her, his name was Kakashi Hatake.
Mina confesses, but Kakashi turns her down since she looks like a boy
She then followed him to confess her love to him but Kakashi reacted very shocked. He denied her, thinking that she was a boy. She was a little angry at him for thinking that she was a boy.
After that day, Mina didn’t see Kakashi for two years because she was changing her looks to make her more feminine. During this time she was trying to get get knowledge. Which shows that she’s a very smart girl. It is not difficult for her to learn by herself. She also worked part time as a waitress because she didn’t have enough money to live in Konoha.
Two years later, after Kakashi lost Obito and Rin, he became a young boy without vitality. Mina came back to see him again and tried to find out what happened to him. She used a trick on Guy to get more information about Kakashi’s current situation. Then she came back to Kakashi and tried to do everything to make him feel better. From Manga ch. 2.
She was glad he allowed her to live with him.
She begged to live with him because she wanted to take care of him. He refused to let the girl live with him but later when he admitted that she was a friend, he realized that he couldn’t let a girl like Mina live all by herself in the middle of a forest. The little home she had built was far away from the village and she also didn’t have any fighting skills. After the incident with the nine tails, Kakashi saw that her current home wasn’t safe for her, that’s why he finally allowed Mina to move in with him. From Manga ch. 3
Although Kakashi knew that she loved him so much, he never responded to her feelings but he felt comfortable with her. He often told people that she was like a sister for him but Mina didn’t care what Kakashi thought. She just wanted to take care of him closely. Oftenly, he gets headaches because of her stubbornness. Appearance
She has long straight blue hair in a side ponytail, red eyes, white smooth skin, large breasts and wide hips, but still has a slender build.
As a child, Mina had short blue hair, wore a black t-shirt and black arm warmers. She is also were dark red shorts that were a little past her knees.
When she was a teenager, Mina usually wore a black hoodie along with a black skirt so she could blend in, as she attracts attention due to her beauty. Her other outfit was a black kimono-style dress that had white accents and was tied with a dark-red obi. Mina also wore thigh-high black stockings, black fingerless gloves and dark red shinobi sandals. Most of the weapons she used were katana swords. There are also other ninja weapons.
Mina also likes to wear the clothes that she uses for her part-time job. Mina's favorite style is her part-time job clothes, which is some gothic. Her beauty attracts many customers.
Abilities
Chakra and Physical Prowess
Because she comes from a family that doesn't have a Shinobi at all, Mina is unable to utilize chakra, and was terrible in the other shinobi arts. Over relentless training, her taijutsu improved along with her weaponry skills.
Intelligence
Mina is highly intelligent, having figured out how her electric bracelets worked at six years old. Her intelligence is usually wasted due to her dislike of complicated things.
Mina is good at inventing but she did not receive the proper learning and teaching. She would've been much more intelligent had her clan not been slaughtered. She actually has a really high IQ.

Part I
She has lived with Kakashi since she was a child. The only reason why Kakashi had let her live in her house is because he didn’t want her to live outside the village all by herself. Mina also does not want to live with anyone other than Kakashi. She lives in Konoha quietly, not really bothering to get to know other people besides Kakashi. Almost none of the people in the village knows her, but she knows the story inside of Konoha. (from Manga ch. 3)
She found the little jinchūriki of the Nine-Tails by accident. She also was aware how bad the people of the village treated him. Mina felt bad about the kid since he was treated like an outcast as if he wasn’t a part of the village. This caused her to remain her hate for human selfishness.
They are very close
One day she saw a kid being pushed down and being treated with violent abuses. She could not bear to see him get hurt and hearing the people call him the "village’s nemesis". Mina was very angry and defended the little kid in front of a large crowd, explaining that she never saw a kid being a nemesis of a whole village and that she only saw selfish adults trying to push everything out of their way just to make themselves feel more comfortable. She took the child out of there and felt a little guilty for interfering with other people.
That kid Mina defended was no other than Naruto Uzumaki. Naruto was very happy to have someone protecting him. (from Manga ch. 8)
When Kakashi was assigned as the leader of Team 7, his new teammates, Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura Haruno, found out that he was living with Mina. Most Genin misunderstood that they are in a relationship.
Mina has a habit like a child, but she can understand other people’s feelings, which is good for the team since it made them feel close to her.
Part II
After Naruto and Jiraiya went to train together, Kakashi had so many missions that he rarely was in the village.
Mina on the other hand tried to stay positive. Therefore, she intended to go out and train alone in the forest but then she got attacked by some kidnappers. She fought with them but she hesitated because she had never killed anyone before. Because of that issue she almost got defeated but Kakashi came in on time and saved her. (from manga ch. 9)
Kakashi finally realizes that he loves her
He realized that he cared a lot about Mina. After Kakashi let out all his anger about her not keeping her promise to stay in the village, the two of them finally got together. After three months of dating, Mina found out that she was pregnant with his child. At first she was not very pleased because of her hate and fear for this world. She was scared that this curled world would affect her child in a negative way.
Kakashi on the other hand, was very happy to know that she was pregnant and he promised her to protect her and their child with his life. Then they got married in secret.
After that, she gave birth to her son Ken. One year later, Naruto returned to the village and was more than surprised when he found out that Kakashi had a son. Kakashi told everyone that he wanted Ken to become Naruto’s student when he grew up. (from manga ch. 10)

She married Kakashi in private after knowing that she was pregnant because she didn’t want to be the center of attention. They got a son and named him Ken. He’s the only child the two of them will get.
In the past, Mina had never really thought of having children. because she was afraid of the terrible things that mankind would cause. She was afraid that her child would have a bad life but today they have Ken. Kakashi and Mina are deeply in love with their son. They are really proud of their son. Although Ken has a playful and naught personality just like Mina, he is always kind to others.
She was raising an only son in an intimate way. Ken has a childlike nature and always likes to get hugged around with his parents. But he tends to be calm around others. Ken always discusses every issue honestly with his parents.
After Kakashi took the position of Hokage, they moved to a new home in Konoha. They live in the same neighborhood as Kurenai. Mina is a housewife who cares for her family and has a normal life with Kakashi. She always brings the lunchbox to Kakashi when he works in the Hokage's office.
Kakashi is very proud of his son. He always called Ken to help him out with his jobs because he believes in the abilities of his son. However his son tends to be lazy and always tries to avoid his work. They still are very close.

Mina and Kakashi at Naruto's Wedding.
Kakashi is invited to Naruto's and Hinata Hyūga‘s wedding. With the position of being the new Hokage, Kakashi was thinking a lot about Naruto's wedding. But in the end everything went well until Naruto's wedding day.
Mina and Kakashi, along with their son Ken, attended Naruto and Hinata's wedding. Because she is close to Naruto and Team 7, she is very glad Naruto is happy now.

When an incident happened, Ken asked to leave the village. Even though Mina disagreed, she knew that her son already made the decision and she couldn’t change his mind. So even though she didn't want him to leave the village, she had to accept it. She believed in everything he had done. Ken promised his parents that he would come home every month. That gave her some peace.
Kakashi and Mina were delighted every time their son came home, they always have good things to do together. Ken wants to stay at home with his parents but now he is quite fond of traveling.
New Era
When Naruto took over the position of Hokage, Kakashi completely retired from his job as shinobi. He now lives a simple life with Mina and Ken. Mina lives a peaceful life with her family. The new era has no war everyone lives in peace.

Mina always asked Ken to help her cook because he cooks the most delicious meals. Even Kakashi liked his son‘s cooking skills. Their son hates fussy work. He doesn't like doing housework and cooking but Ken likes when his parents compliment him, so he occasionally cooks for his parents.

Mina always teases Ken. She knows that her son is very popular among girls but he acts like a playboy and doesn't even have a girlfriend. When Mina noticed that he seemed serious about Kurenai's daughter Mirai, she teased him about it and he was clearly embarrassed.

Mina is very different from the normal world. She became the hottest and sexiest girl in the village with many men coming to flirt with her, but she wasn't interested in anyone. She wears more revealing clothes and wears her hair in a high ponytail which makes her a lot more popular with the guys.
And Kakashi is quite similar to Might Guy: he is passionate, energetic, and a proponent of the "Power of Youth". Kakashi and Mina are lovers, he always chases the men who try to flirt with Mina.

In an alternative universe where ninjas and war don’t exist, they all live a normal high school life.
In this universe, Kakashi and his friends are normal teenagers who go to school. Obito is in a developing relationship with Rin and he cares about her deeply. Gai is an exercise fanatic and likes to train with his full power. Kakashi is the cold prince. He’s the hottest boy in school and acts extremely cold toward other people.
Mina goes to a different school than Kakashi and the others. She’s a pretty girl from a high-class family who doesn’t have many friends, because she has an arrogant personality that doesn't care about anyone.
Kakashi was the one who helped Mina out when she got bullied by some street thugs. That’s why she fell in love with him and followed him around. She's been trying to flirt with him since that day. He was the only one she showed her gentle side to.

What if Mina didn't meet Kakashi that day.
He captured her because her appearance matched the declaration of arrest.
Mina is a thief and swindler who lives alone. She travels without a purpose, the only dream she has is to just travel around the world. She tries to hide her appearance so that none knows that she is a woman. She steals from rich people's houses to earn money for herself. Mina has amazing burglary skills. She can't use Ninjutsu, but can use Taijutsu very well.
When Mina traveled to the village of Konoha, she was trying to sell a pearl necklace that she stole from a rich man's house from another region, to a woman who looks rich. But Kakashi came in and captured her because her appearance matched the declaration of arrest. When Kakashi knew that this thief was a girl, he was greatly surprised.
Mina tried to trick him, making him feel pity so he would let go of her. She told him that she would rather die than go to prison. Kakashi was reluctant to hand her over to the authorities, so he brought her to his place so she could stay with him. He only let her stay at his place because he didn’t want her to cause more trouble for others. He warned her not to flee unless she wanted to be taken to prison.
She didn't trust Kakashi at all, but she decided to stay with him temporarily before they both would decide what to do next.
What if Mina didn't meet Kakashi that day?
- She will have short hair and she tries to act like a man.
- She hides her face all the time because she has a beautiful face and is easily noticeable.
- She will have a career as a thief, a scammer and does anything to earn money for herself.
- Mina can’t use ninjutsu, but she can use weapons and can use taijutsu as well.
- She tries to avoid situations that she can't handle. She has a high ability to assess situations. Plus, Mina is smart and cunning. Surviving is not difficult for her.
- Mina has no friends or acquaintances. She also doesn’t have any relatives anymore.
- She loves traveling very much. She likes to see the world in many different ways.

- Mina's name is derived from the word Meen (In my Country), which means Pisces, which is her zodiac sign.
- Her motto is "Love is weakness" In times of war, she tried not to associate with anyone, but it was not easy.
- She likes spicy food and Dessert.
- She never drank, and after trial to drink so she hated it.
- She never used public baths, because she is shy to be naked in front of others, despite being a woman in the same room.
- She is 4 years younger than Kakashi.
